Replacing

The methods used for replacing teeth include:

  • Dentures – Prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teeth.
  • Implants – Implant fixtures are titanium cylinders which are placed into the jaw bone to provide a foundation for the attachment of dentures and crowns. No need to worry about slipping, sliding or clicking dentures. We use guided surgery to position implant fixtures. This has the advantage of minimal patient discomfort and improved accuracy with implant placement.
  • Bridges – Bridges are used to replace or span the place where one or more teeth have been lost. The replacement tooth is attached to crowns (a cap), which are fitted to the adjacent teeth.
