Implant fixtures are titanium cylinders which are placed into the jaw bone to provide a foundation for the attachment of dentures, crowns and bridges. No need to worry about slipping, sliding or clicking dentures. We use guided surgery to position implant fixtures. This has the advantage of minimal patient discomfort and improved accuracy with implant placement.
